The Incredible Melting Man

May 31st 2011 18:51
(1977) Alex Rebar, Burr DeBenning, Myron Healey. Dir: William Sachs.
Review No:322

After a shuttle accident, an astronaut becomes a melting mutant and goes on a killing spree. Conceptually, having your monster melt isn’t going to be incredible, because what’s he going to do besides drip on the floor? Yet, he’s still more engaging than the feckless hero. Make-up aside, utter rubbish.
