Picard discovers a secret Federation plot to relocate a civilisation so they can steal their rejuvenating atmosphere. Giving a shadowy side to the angelic seeming Federation is a nice a contemporary twist, but is there anything there that couldn’t have been done on the TV show. Entertaining, but hardly special.
