A diplomat and a group of strangers have their plan hijacked and end up in a serine mountain city, Shangri-la. A rather sweet plea for peace, and just getting along with each other. Elegant, romantic and filmed on a grand scale; philosophically light, but it’s warmth will sweep you up.
