With streets riddled with crime, a hobo picks up a shotgun and unleashes street justice. Inspired as much by 20th century torture trends as exploitation. Unsurprisingly pushes boundaries, but it’s misjudged, inspiring unease rather than hoots and hollers. Hauer’s wonderful but it’s never as fun as it promises to be.
