Ed Wood

(1994) Johnny Depp, Martin Landau, Sarah Jessica Parker, Bill Murray, Jeffrey Jones. Dir: Tim Burton.
A creative telling of the legendary director, and his relationship with fallen icon Bela Lugosi. Burton’s least flashy film is his best. Perfectly cast, with gorgeous cinematography, it’s an affectionate celebration of an eccentric who loved films so much even his lack of talent couldn’t stop him making them.
