A CIA man’s memoirs are found by two gym workers while his wife has an affair with a gigolo. Strong dark comedy with good pace and great character performances. But none of the characters are particularly likeable, leaving no one to root for, necessitating the use of an unfulfilling conclusion.

Probably the most disappointing of the Coen Brothers films I've seen. Agree entirely with the ending, but I found the whole film very underwhelming.
